- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Operated more like dirty car dealership than a customer service establishment. A few members of the staff are ok, but both of the dentists that I have experienced here have the used car salesman vibe with sub-par bedside manner. I had a root-canal procedure done between this location and the Aspen in Niskayuna. They botched the procedure which after 2 months I ended up with the most intense pain you can imagine. Aspen gave me a re-treatment, which did take away the pain. However, I was told that my tooth had a temporary fill and that I would have to come back in one years time to get it permanently filled. When I went to Aspen a year later as recommended to get the permanent filling, I saw another dentist who told me that I already had a permanent filling. So now I'm stuck with what amounts to about 4000$ out of my own pocket for half a tooth that constantly collects food. I'm afraid to push this issue any further at this location because I get charged over 120$ every time I so much as walk through the door.
